Your Day to DayPeopleManage everyday activities.Speak and exchange with the Front Office Manager, the Accounting department, and Reception team.FinancialHit all personal/team sales goals and maximise profitability.Close the night shift and all cashiers correctly.Help prepare the arrivals for the next days and check reservations.Check invoices.Guest ExperienceHelp guests - you'll be happy to help if someone needs assistance with a request or complaint.Provide guests with information (example: loyalty programs, area attractions, restaurants, facility information) to enhance guest experience.What We Need From YouBachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field.Two to four years of experience in a hospitality or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.Must speak local language; other languages preferred.What We OfferWe'll reward all your hard work with a great salary and benefits - great room discount and superb training.
