Key Functions Develop biological antigen, excipient, and adjuvant formulations for vaccines, ensuring efficacy and stability.Conduct formulation studies, manufacturing process design, and scale-up for pilot and commercial batches.Perform stability testing and physical analysis using advanced tools (e.g., viscometers, particle size analyzers, lyophilizers).Manage technology transfer (Tech Transfer), including aseptic filling and scale-up.Prepare scientific and regulatory documentation, including CMC for EMA.Lead lab technicians and collaborate with departments to ensure product quality.Requirements Ph.D.
in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related sciences, with 4+ years in parenteral formulation development.Expertise in sterile formulations (liquid, lyophilized, emulsion) and scale-up manufacturing.Skilled in aseptic techniques, stability design, and advanced instrumentation.Strong project management and communication abilities.Experience with cGMP/GLP standards and regulatory submissions.Seniority levelMid-Senior level
