WOW is a brand new company, yet full of great, agile, and enthusiastic professionals who drive it as a team in a single direction: to revolutionize retail.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the store management team in the daily operation of the departments, while trying to maximize sales figures.Drive and control sales in your department ensuring compliance with all goals.Motivate and optimize team morale and promote a positive working environment while ensuring that staff are fully aware of their responsibilities.Communicate and organize team goals to get the required results.Plan along with direction of daily plans for staff coverage, shift rotations, holiday planning, holiday returns, etc.Provide comprehensive training to staff in systems, processes and production.Ensure that the stock available in store and warehouse is sufficient at the point of sale and use available sources of information to ensure that the stock is exposed to sales by promoting sales successes.Ensure that VM standards are maintained in accordance with the manual itself.Ensure that the presentation of the department, labeling and alarm are consistent and conform to legal requirements and company policy.Implement the systems and procedures that the company provides to maintain operational levels.Ensure compliance with the company's return procedure and daily check-ups.Ensure that staff demonstrate excellent customer service standards at all times
