We are looking for a meticulous and strategic Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of a premium restaurant and its adjacent wellness facility in Ibiza.
This pivotal position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with an international team while reporting directly to the Director of Finance based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with local tax and financial regulations.
Develop and maintain robust internal controls and processes.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Liaise with the Dubai-based finance team to align local and global financial practices.
Requirements: Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industries.
Strong understanding of Balearic Island financial regulations and tax practices.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and systems.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
