Ready to join the revolution?Responsibilities:Reviewing employee expenses by verifying the information and ensuring compliance with the group employee expenses policy.Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.Managing all employee queries regarding travel expenses.Cross-departmental projects.Collaborating in the audit process.Requirements:Vocational training or recent graduate in Administrative, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or similar.User of Microsoft Excel.English (B2), Spanish (C1), other languages are a plus.Desired skills:Detail-oriented, professional attitude, and highly reliable.Strong skills in problem-solving, basic accounting principles, teamwork, documentation, data analysis, and multi-tasking.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
