.Job DescriptionDo you have experience or interest in executing and enhancing procedures that control the status of various payment methods?Can you provide crucial data insights and escalate issues with precise information to aid in decision-making and prompt actions?Are you excited about the opportunity to grow and develop into a data analyst role, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and services?We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional interested in joining a team at MultiSafepay.What You Will Be DoingCollaborate with Product, Operational Finance, Reporting, and Statutory Financial Controlling teams on payment methods and banking platforms (Mostly VISA and Mastercard).Perform month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.Oversee the audit process within your area of responsibility.Conduct deep dives into the platform(s) to understand the business activities driving financial figures.Contribute to variance analysis and analytical reviews during the month-end close.Identify and implement opportunities to optimize and automate financial processes, collaborating with Finance Developers and Data Analysts.Collaborate with Product teams and Finance Developers to create accounting workflows for new products, ensuring seamless integration into financial processes.Analyze costs and optimize profits.Job RequirementsStrong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas; SQL and Python skills are a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence change effectively.Analytical skills to drive process improvements and automations.Collaborative mindset, actively seeking input from the broader Finance team and other business stakeholders.Forward-thinking approach, ensuring that implemented solutions are scalable.Ability to step back from details to perform high-level analysis and assess the overall reasonableness of numbers.Experience in the Financial Services or Technology sectors is a plus.Knowledge of scheme fees and related regulations.What do we offer you?Long term work contract.Competitive salary based on your skills and experience.22 workable days of holidays + 6 personal days.1 day work-life balance per week.
