Responsibilities Recommend and implement technological solutions to optimize workflows, using operational and technical insights, while actively managing daily processing.Drive improvements in healthcare claims operations, focusing on automation and efficiency.Collaborate cross-functionally with healthcare, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and procedures.Oversee claims processing, ensuring all supporting documents are complete and accurate.Develop and enhance reporting tools to ensure data accuracy for hospital bills, procedures, and professional fees.Manage claims reimbursement processes for services like maternity, dental, and lab fees, ensuring timely payments.Generate comprehensive reports for internal review.Qualifications Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
