We're seeking a Finance and Administration Specialist .
Sitting in the Finance, Administration & Control Team, this is a hands-on all-round finance role.
Main tasks include: Active participation in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing; Posting journals (bank ledgers, fixed assets, accruals & deferrals, payroll entries, amortized cost entries based on portfolio measurement, taxes, provisions, and impairment entries, etc.
); Processing payments and recording invoices; Bank reconciliations; Trial balance monitoring; Finance controls activities; Requirements Bachelor's/Master's Degree Previous experience in banking, financial services, or credit intermediation environment 3-4 years of professional experience in accounting/auditing Good level of English / Fluent in Spanish Excel proficient user Soft skills Proactive mindset with a focus on KPI achievement (priority-oriented) Ability to work in an international environment Good interpersonal and communication skills Flexible approach to problem-solving and strong teamwork attitude.
