Job title Finance Analyst - EMEA PDS / Tétris What this job involves - Financial Planning & Analysis / Business Decision Support / Controlling / Governance: Lead monthly reporting, identifying, and collecting strategic KPIs.
Create, maintain, and enhance financial, analytical and reporting tools.
Participate on budgeting and forecasting process, supporting the business to own their assumptions in order to meet centrally set targets.
Design and maintenance of financial and analytical models (e.g., budget, work in hand, pipeline...).
Provide ad hoc / regular analysis on business performance to relevant stakeholders.
Participate actively on month end close process, analysing deviations, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements.
Drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel / Power BI dashboards.
Key area of focus: Establish regular and consistent business analysis or ad hoc analysis / reports Assessing performance against budget, forecasts and previous year Set KPIs to control and monitor business performance Communication & collaboration with relevant stakeholders Invest in building relationships throughout the business.
Skills / Requirements: Degree in business administration or similar 3+ years of experience in international companies or Big Four Good analytical skills, advanced excel user, BI tools Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Team player Proactive Internal client oriented Organization / communication / negotiation skills Open mind and willing to learn and grow as part of the team!
