Our client is looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager (internal job title- Finance & Accounting Head) to oversee.

Responsibilities Reporting & Books of Accounts: Review and prepare financial statements, trial balances, and management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Disbursement Management: Monitor petty cash, review check payments, validate invoices, and approve disbursements, including vehicle purchase orders.
Rewards & Payroll: Confirm payroll, commissions, and incentives based on sales and performance, ensuring accurate transfers and tax filings.
Sales Reporting: Update and analyze sales data, assist with pricing for special contracts, and review sales team compensation based on performance.
Contract Pricing: Support the sales team with pricing for government and special client contracts, ensuring competitive and accurate quotes.
Accounts Receivable & Payables: Monitor receivables and payables, ensuring timely collections and payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements At least 7 years in handling systematic finance and accounting processes and 5 years of it managing a large finance and accounting team.
Hands-on experience in doing financial statements and reporting for an automotive/car dealership business.
Managed cash flow, payroll, and rewards as well as sales reporting.
Formulated effective finance and accounting policies.
Excellent stakeholder management, previously reported directly to C-Suite level roles.
