This is what the job is all about: Installing, configuring, and optimizing high precision instruments. Perform routine maintenance, service, and calibrations of weighing equipment and analytical instruments. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues accurately and efficiently. Provide advice and technical support to our customers in various industries. Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and solutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends with METTLER TOLEDO technologies. Ensure our customers can rely on you with regular calibration, maintenance, and repairs. Integrating these instruments and their data software into our customers' IT systems. Cooperating in an interdisciplinary team within METTLER TOLEDO. What You Need to Succeed Possession of a diploma/certificate in electronics or mechanics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility and availability to travel. Demonstrable experience with office and technical software (MS Word and Excel). Valid Driver's Licence essential & willingness to travel within a defined geographical area. Strong customer focus; we want you to be our customers' trusted advisor. Relevant technical training (electrical engineering, mechatronics, or software), ideally with an official Technical Certification – but if you bring the right attitude, we are also happy to give career starters a chance! Good application and network skills (ideally also knowledge in Windows-based applications).
