We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team in Zaragoza, Spain. As a crucial member of our service department, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and optimizing our advanced sensor-based sorting systems across Center-North East Spain.
Install, commission, and maintain sensor-based sorting equipment at customer sites
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system performance
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively
Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and support
Optimize sorting systems through sampling, testing, and process improvements
Travel extensively within the assigned region (up to 80% of the time)
Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for additional products and services
Gather and report customer feedback to improve service quality and identify new opportunities
Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends in recycling and sorting systems
Requisitos
Completed secondary technical school (FP2) or higher in electrician/electronics, automatics, industrial maintenance, or a related field
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in computer programs, PC configuration, and network structures
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills and customer-oriented approach
Fluency in Spanish (native level) and proficiency in English
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region
Physical fitness to perform on-site installations and maintenance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and customer needs
Experience in an industrial environment, preferably with a focus on maintenance (preferred)
Familiarity with sensor-based sorting systems or recycling processes (preferred)
Analytical mindset and goal-oriented approach to optimize system performance
