As a key member, you will provide support to our diverse customer base in Italy. This role welcomes individuals of any gender identity and is ideal for those with an adventurous spirit, as it involves frequent travel, mainly domestically across Italy and occasional trips to Portugal.You will receive all the necessary training at our training center in Germany, as well as practical experience in the field with the support of your experienced colleagues.Your tasksInstalling, commissioning, maintaining, optimizing, and repairing sensor-based sorters at TOMRA Recycling installation bases.Ensuring maximum performance of TOMRA sorting systems in the field, prioritizing customer satisfaction.Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and support.Optimizing sorting systems/processes through sampling and testing.Identifying opportunities to add value to our customers' businesses by introducing complementary TOMRA products, solutions, and services.Serving as a liaison between customers and Headquarters, gathering and providing market feedback to continuously improve customer service and identify new opportunities.QualificationsCompleted secondary technical school (FP2) or higher with a specialization in electrician/electronics, automatics, industrial maintenance, or a related field.Reside within approximately 200 km radius of Alicante's main airport.Willingness to travel 80% or more within southeastern Spain and occasional trips to Portugal, with a flexible schedule.Work experience in an industrial environment with a focus on on-site preventive and curative maintenance would be a big plus.In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.Proficiency in computer programs, PC configuration, network structures
