Ensure the best execution of Brand Plans with distributors and local trade.Relationships: Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with On Trade owners, On Trade Groups and capitalize on synergies with wholesalers and distributors.Brand Equity: Build Bacardi brand equity by leading and motivating a team of Business Managers, optimizing the best execution of the local marketing mix in line with the brands' global strategies, capturing market dynamics and reacting to growth opportunities.People development: Responsible for the development of your direct team, through monitoring of individual development plans, coaching, and accompanying outings in the market, review and monitoring of results of your objectives.Sell Out: Driving and monitoring distributors sales through your business managers team, as a leverage of NSV and GP achievement.Distribution: Ensure optimum distribution on our direct clients, improving visibility of our brands.Financial Targets: Deliver key financial targets (NSV, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, Value Share) versus budget with rigor and precision.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEThe Skills And Experience Needed To Create Your Legacy:Customer Focus & Negotiation: Strong customer focus and negotiation skills, specialized in developing, monitoring and achieving commercial agreements, enabling growth and leadership of our brands into our clients, delivering results that guarantee win-win situations.Market Knowledge: Spirit industry expert, with experience in Madrid On Trade channel.Team Management: Previous experience of minimum 5 years, leading high performance teams, with empathy and focus on developing talent of direct reports.Field Sales experience of minimum 10 years in a leading FMCG company.Flexibility: Time flexibility and live the On Trade lifestyle.Analytical Capability: Strong analytical capability to work with figures. Good financial acumen and exposure to managing sales and P&Ls with rigor.Strategic Thinking: Lead strategically and know your business.
