About the job… Olive oil and wine sectors, both production and by-product processing, are quite important areas of food and beverage industry that continues with its expansion in Iberian Peninsula. These markets are in full transformation to increase yield and quality as well as energy efficiency and circular economy solutions. We are looking for a proactive after sales business developer ready to challenge olive oil and wine customers to boost their transformation process with Alfa Laval innovative technological solutions, opposed to existing more inefficient solutions. Our selected candidate will be prepared to proactive manage and grow, from commercial and technical perspectives, our Authorized Service Provider network. The target is an outstanding coverage of AL installed base in these selected markets, in order allow Alfa Laval customers live a superior customer experience based on providing a superior service attention. She/he will be responsible for Iberica region, Spain and Portugal. The main responsibilities will be: Analyze and understand market insights and customers buying behavior to make & implement business division strategy and targets by implementing sales plans based on management, development and growth of AL Authorized Service Provider (ASP) network. Be active together with ASP's in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services. Support ASP's, if it is the case, during negotiation phase with end customers. Align and develop common procedures for all ASP's as well as the responsibility for training ASP´s in product and application. Engage & build networking with both local and central service organization in order to get necessary support to drive service business. Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them in real business opportunities in order to ensure the pipeline, both is service and capital sales. Who you are…?
