Leidos has the perfect job for you!Location: Rota, SpainAs part of the Leidos team, you will provide Beneficiary education and enrollment support services for the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) under the Defense Health Agency (DHA).WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Verify benefits eligibility and process enrollments, disenrollment, portability transfers, and more using the Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES), Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systems, etc.Register TRICARE beneficiaries in the Composite Health Care System (CHCS)Resolve enrollment discrepancies between systems and run weekly reportsProvide education on TRICARE resources and benefits, enrollment/disenrollment information, and customer service to beneficiaries on the phone and in personCollect, process, retrieve, and disseminate transfer information to support the TRICARE active-duty portability/disenrollment processConduct briefings for In Processing, Out Processing, Maternity, and othersProvide basic claims support such as providing information on the status of claimsCollect and record Other Health Information (OHI) information into applicable systemsDetermine the appropriate assistance levels and when to forward a call or refer as needed to address the beneficiary's questionCollect and report information on daily activities performedComplete on a timely basis and comply with all required HIPAA, Leidos, and other training and refresher coursesMaintain confidentiality and proper handling of Protected Health Information (PHI)Provide remote support to Leidos BSRs at other sitesAdhere to a business casual dress codeFACTORS FOR SUCCESS:High school diploma or GEDMust be SOFA/Command Sponsored as a dependent of an Active-Duty Service Member or DoD employeeMust be a US Citizen to be considered for this positionBe eligible for and maintain ADP II/IT II clearanceThree years' cumulative experience in the following areas:Experience in U.S. military healthcare delivery system or civilian managed care medical/administrative environmentExperience in a medical or clinical environmentExperience with the CHCS or civilian healthcare computer system and in processing medical claimsExperience in a public environmentHOW TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD:Be fluent in EnglishProficient in written and oral communicationsPossess effective presentation skillsComputer literate with Internet research experienceProficient with Microsoft Office 2010 or later applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to respond tactfully with people on the phone and in personAbility to work independently and under general supervisionExcellent organizational skills and time management skillsDetail orientedAbility to multitaskPREFERRED:Associate degree is preferredKnowledge of TRICARE Overseas programs, Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS), DOES, and CHCS.Apply today to learn more about how you can support this worthwhile mission. #J-18808-Ljbffr
