Our portfolio allows utilities, industries, and infrastructure sectors to maximize return on transformer assets by ensuring high reliability and optimized performance while lowering life-cycle costs and environmental impact.For our factory plant in Cordoba, we are currently looking to hire a Factory SCM Specialist who will report to our SCM Manager and support various daily tasks to enhance smooth operations.Your responsibilities:Support the Factory SCM on assigned tasks.Assist in liaison to the Planning & Fulfillment team in ERP data management under SCM responsibility: i.e. supplier contact details, allocation plan, prices, lead time, MOQ, Incoterms, payment terms.Control material price and Terms & Conditions throughout the value chain (from tender, ERP master data, and oversees invoices control rules).Measure gaps between tender and actuals, investigate root causes, and implement corrective/preventive measures.Support tender material costing and conduct tender-specific negotiations where applicable.Act promptly on assigned issues escalated according to the escalation matrix.Assist in analysis and reporting tasks.Lead and/or support company and contractors' qualification processes on assigned suppliers.Support Supplier Performance Evaluations (SPE) on assigned tasks.Work on improving assigned supplier performance measurement and improvement tasks.Assist in claim management to maximize compensation to Hitachi Energy and escalate as necessary.Support Factory SCM in material cost cutting and risk mitigation projects, preferably using Dynamic Evolution methodology.Assist in SCM-related local activities for R&D, DTV, New Product Introduction, and product cost improvement projects.Your background:Experience as SCM in a similar sector or related industrial field.Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Business Administration.Excellent use of Microsoft Package, especially Excel.Fluency in English and Spanish is required.Resident in Cordoba or the Andalusia area.Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
