We make our products fun!The Role:As our Senior UI Designer, you will be the driving force behind creating delightful and user-friendly interfaces.
You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure our design language reflects simplicity, clarity, and innovation.Responsibilities:Design Impactful Interfaces: Craft pixel-perfect UI designs that balance aesthetic appeal with usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.Develop Design Systems: Create and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across our platform and products.Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to translate user needs and product requirements into intuitive designs.Prototype & Test: Build interactive prototypes to validate design concepts, gather user feedback, and iterate quickly.Ensure Design Quality: Maintain high standards for design output and ensure every interface element aligns with Papaya's brand and product vision.Data-Driven Decisions: Use insights from user testing, analytics, and feedback to iterate on designs and validate product-market fit.What We're Looking For:We're searching for someone who has a keen eye for design, a passion for innovation, and the ability to create clean, elegant, and scalable interfaces.Must-Haves:Experience: 5+ years of experience as a UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile interfaces for B2B or SaaS products.Tools Mastery: Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.Design Systems: Proven experience in building and managing comprehensive design systems
