About the Position
Working directly to the VP, providing daily support for complex travel organization, national and international events, and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with standards and aligning the role with Werfen's values and purpose, particularly emphasizing integrity and honesty.
Key Accountabilities:
Efficient administrative support: Manage administrative processes & implement organization tools.
Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between different departments and team members to improve coordination for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Travel Management: Arrange complex travels for VPs and their teams, apply for visas, and handle expense reports.
Invoice Management: Create Purchase Orders for VPs projects and teams.
Screening Calls.
Receive visitors.
Manage and arrange all auditorium meetings and logistics, providing support to all stakeholders.
Schedule meetings and arrange video conference rooms for the department.
Provide support for subsidiary meetings in Torre Werfen.
Assist with events and the international annual meeting.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:
University degree.
Secretary studies will be a plus.
Proficiency in English.
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
Experience with SAP.
Experience with Concur.
