Do you have previous experience as an assistant and are you looking for a new professional challenge? Are you interested in supporting business financing and providing financial services? Join Bolsa de Bilbao, a BME-SIX company, and work directly in the stock market sector. This role offers a dynamic environment with significant economic and social impact over the company. As an executive assistant, you will have the opportunity to give support to the head of Bolsa de Bilbao and boards of directors and collaborate with different business units, company areas, regulators, and clients.
What You Will DoParticipate in administrative tasks related to the functions of the Board of Directors and other business units among the company.Interact with various market agents, issuing companies, brokers, fund managers, and analysts.Send regulated information to the CNMV and the Basque Government.Collaborate in organizing events, roadshows, company presentations, dissemination panels, and educational visits to the Stock Exchange for students.Assist the primary market team in their functions: admissions, suspensions, exclusions, capital reductions, splits, etc.Be responsible for editing the Official Stock Exchange Bulletin.What You BringPrevious experience (a minimum of 3 years) in similar positions as an executive assistant or department assistant.High English and Spanish level (both written and spoken).
