Our Clinical Operations team, led by industry experts, combines the full-service capabilities and global reach of a large CRO with the flexibility and personal approach of a mid-sized CRO.As a member of our SRS team, you will be dedicated to a single sponsor.ResponsibilitiesJoin a dedicated team in a sponsor-dedicated role, managing publication plans and driving strategic communications for respiratory and immune therapies. As a key member, you will collaborate with stakeholders globally to ensure the timely and compliant delivery of scientific publications.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic publication plans specific to the sponsor's clinical programs.Serve as the main point of contact between the sponsor and internal/external stakeholders.Collaborate with the sponsor's regional teams to ensure alignment on global publication activities.Ensure ethical compliance and transparency in all publication outputs.Lead publication steering committees with study investigators.Manage budgets, forecasting, and external agency deliverables.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in health sciences or communications.Strong experience in medical communications within the pharmaceutical industry.Proven project management skills, especially in a sponsor-dedicated environment.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders within budget.Desirable: Post-graduate degree, global experience, and knowledge in respiratory and immunology.What We OfferWe provide a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity for both personal and professional growth within a supportive and rewarding environment.
