4+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives4+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives4+ years of calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executivesTeam and event management and coordination experienceExcellent computer skills and comprehension of OutlookExcellent communication skills - verbal and written in both English and SpanishExperience prioritising multiple projectsDemonstrated discretion and confidentialityIncredibly organised and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications:
