Job Description: Quality Assurance Leader, MadridPosition Purpose: To implement the Quality Audit program at CHEP own and subcontracted plants, in line with the quality team objectives.To ensure all plants are focused on delivering assured quality products and services to its entire customer base, through:Consistent product/process audits.Analysis of defects.Root cause investigation into areas of non-compliance.Monitoring and reporting quality assurance at plant/country level.Monitoring & ensuring consistent, timely actions relating to quality assurance.Ensuring the implementation of complaint investigation resolution actions are communicated.Communicating document changes to procedures relating to quality or Management Systems.Advising on the training needs of all plant operatives and staff. Major Key/Accountabilities:Accurate data collection around defect analysis.Data translation into positive actions.Information flow in and out of the plant and upward with regard to quality issues.Monitoring the implementation of policies, procedures, standardization, and guidelines for all products.Assisting in the implementation of new quality procedures within the Plant.Supporting the ongoing maintenance of all management systems at plant level via process audits. Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Knowledge and experience of quality principles.Thorough understanding of CHEP products.Green Belt qualification. Skills & Knowledge:Computer: M/soft Office (M), Mini tab (M), PDA & database (M).Personal: Numerate, literate, high integrity, organized, flexible, pro-active, self-starter, good communicator, persistent, good coaching skills, driving license.English and Spanish. Preferred Education:Degree and equivalent, Masters, Technical/Professional Qualification.
