If yes, keep reading!About the role We are looking for an Events and Office Coordinator to join our finance team. You will team up with our Office and Procurement Manager to provide a best in class service to all our employees and Barcelona visitors.What You'll Do Assist in organizing company events (including annual company retreat, team offsite meetings, Barcelona team meetings, Christmas parties, after work events, etc.)Support the Office & Procurement Manager with property management and vendors to ensure smooth operations.Support the Office & Procurement Manager with the Health and Safety within the office, ensuring all H&S is taken care of and there is appropriate fire marshall, health and safety officers trained.Maintain office, cleaning, food and beverages in the office.Greet and assist visitors when they arrive in the Barcelona office.Organization of Seqera flat, calendar, duties, and cleaning.Provide ad hoc support to the offices in New York and London whenever required.About you Fluent in English and Spanish required.Creative, curious and can do attitude, ability and willingness to learn new things.Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.Strong organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.Nice to have: Knowledge of another European language a plus.Start up experience an asset.Don't meet every single requirement?
