Europe Client Service Specialist – German Speaker

At Winning Consulting, we are on the lookout for Client Service - German Speaker to be part of our dynamic team.
This role involves working on an exciting project for one of our key clients in the banking sector, based in our Madrid office.
(Hybrid).
RESPONSIBILITIES Manage client portfolios with a focus on Know Your Customer (KYC) requests.
Continuously interact with internal and external clients via calls, chats, meetings, and emails to ensure smooth onboarding and refresh processes.
Maintain end-to-end case tracking, acting as the link between clients, KYC analysts, and compliance teams.
Analyze and apply onboarding requirements for new entities.
Proactively escalate and manage cases of non-responsiveness.
Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize processes and resolve case statuses.
Deliver daily reports and management information summaries (MIS).
Identify and address process gaps, sharing best practices for improved efficiency.
Ensure all standard operating procedures and related documentation are updated and approved.
Provide operational support, handle escalations, and deliver training to teams as needed.
HARD & SOFT SKILLS Academic Requirements : Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Languages : High proficiency in English and German.
Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with money laundering schemes and compliance processes.
Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication abilities and capacity to build relationships with local and global teams.
Other : Proactive, independent, and client-oriented profile.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent confidentiality management skills.
