Job Summary
Reporting solid line to the CHC ERP & Corporate functions Digital Lead, this position is a critical role which will spearhead the definition of the ERP integration framework in the standalone CHC Business Unit. The heart of any successful digital strategy starts with a solid and clearly articulated ERP strategy as the foundation for the company. The starting point for the standalone CHC business includes a mix of ERP environments with various historical use, various degrees of customization, and with various degrees of autonomy from Sanofi. An absolute cornerstone for the overall digital strategy for CHC going forward will be to define the path forward for the ERP landscape, with a challenging and diverse starting point to begin with.
Key Accountabilities Understand how CHC-specific business requirements should be addressed from a functional and technical integration and technology perspective.Bridge the gap between ERP functional architects and technology teams to deliver the best solutions within given constraints.Participate in technology selection.Participate in creation of solution prototypes to answer CHC specific needs.Escalate learnings, challenges and feedback from senior CHC business leaders to continuously improve the approach, tooling and solution.Setup a collaboration framework with external partners as well as internal service contracts (GSA's or TSA's) with Sanofi digital teams.Understand/identify current market/changing technology trends and translate into actionable priorities. Education Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Management.Master's degree preferred. Required knowledge and/or experience Leadership expertise and experience leading teams and matrix organizations.10+ years of ERP transformation in a global company, preferably in a FMCG and/or FMCH context.Project management, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills.Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management.Can communicate solutions, ideas, suggestions to a variety of stakeholders effectively and comprehensibly.Solid business analysis capabilities.Experience in financial management, solution planning development and product cost estimation.Conceptual and analytical thinking - ability to extract, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements or strategies.Proven track record in digital / IT positions with managerial responsibilities.Deep understanding of Application and technology Architecture.Knowledge of agile/product development ways of working.Knowledge of technological trends.Role model our 4 values: teamwork, integrity, respect, courage.
