What You Can Expect
Full program responsibility at all stages: Planning, development, validation, qualification, sample delivery, and production release.
Work with a matrix organization across multiple cross-functional teams driving execution and overall program success.
Ensures problems are effectively escalated and managed to resolution.
Monitors and controls the overall project performance (schedule, budget, and resource utilization) against the plan.
Ownership of internal and external communication at both technical and executive levels.
Proactively identify risks and lead mitigation planning.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronic, Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field and up to 1 year of related professional experience. Alternatively, a new graduate with a Master's or PhD degree.
Good understanding of digital communications, digital, analog, industrial, software, and firmware technologies as well as chip design, manufacturing, testing, and qualification. Marvell will provide on-the-job training.
Strong focus on process-driven development and continuous improvement. Support Marvell's Program Management Process.
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be very thorough and detail-oriented.
Excellent risk identification, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English, speaking and writing.
