As an Engineering Lead, your main goal is to build and cultivate high-performing engineering teams that embrace a growth mindset. You will lead two distinct teams: one focused on BI (Business Intelligence) and data solutions, and the other dedicated to web development.Your impactManage and empower two teams of 6-8 engineers, fostering a collaborative environment where agile practices drive continuous improvement and high-quality delivery of customer value.Provide 1-on-1 coaching through Learning Action Plans and arrange formal training when needed, helping engineers advance their careers and technical skills.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (both leading and lagging) to ensure continuous improvement in product quality and team performance.Partner with the Tech Leadership Team to advise on best practices, strategic initiatives, and technical solutions that align with company goals.Cultivate an inclusive and inspiring team culture aligned with Sunweb's core values of "I see you," "We create together," and "I grow by courage."Participate in the delivery process, contributing directly to the development of software solutions as part of one of the agile teams.Why join our journey?Yearly gross salary between € 65.000,00 and € 80.000,00.As an international company, we support a hybrid way of working.
