There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.Job DescriptionWe are looking for Specialists and Supervisor profiles.Role And ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support: Provide first-line technical support to operations teams, addressing equipment and system issues promptly to minimize production downtime and coordinate with Supplier and IT Team.Troubleshooting: Support in diagnosing/troubleshooting hardware and software-related issues in systems, equipment, and infrastructure.System Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency by optimizing processes, equipment performance, and system functionality.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all scans, analysis, and repairs, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Create and maintain instruction of the inspection and analysis.Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and implementing solutions to enhance operational performance.Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and IT teams to coordinate and implement technical solutions and upgrades.Training: Provide technical training and guidance to crawler operations and annotation personnel to enhance their knowledge and skills.Incident Response: Lead or participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.Auditing: Conduct a random audit for the analysis and ensure a same level of disposition across a plant.Quality Assurance: Perform data analysis of the Crawler Image and assure process compliance before failure occurs.Operational QualityPerform data analysis accurately to secure Zero defect escapement and zero over processing.Provide on-time analysis support and feedback to the plants for smooth operations in the plant.Drive improvements towards improving scanning methods and obtaining better quality data.QualificationsEducation: A bachelor's degree in engineering or Equivalent Vocation Training Program.Experience: Relevant experience within a composite manufacturing environment.
Wind background will add advantages.Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.Communication: Strong English language skill (verbal and written).Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.Decision Making: Sets goals and regularly follows up on these goals.
