We are seeking a talented HR professional to take on a newly created hybrid EMEA Ring Sr. HR Business Partner role with ownership of solving complex D&S people challenges. This role will be hands-on, including improving organizational effectiveness & design, leading change management, providing leadership coaching, and driving HR functional excellence.
The Sr. HRBP aspects will involve:
Working with senior management and our COE partner teams to develop and implement talent strategies focused on global expansion and scaling.Partnering with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.Reviewing and analyzing business metrics, including data on retention and employee experience, to recommend systemic improvements.Leading both annual and mid-year review processes focused on performance management and talent development.Providing compensation support, including salary planning, approval of salary actions, and promotions.Assessing, creating, and implementing innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group.Developing and facilitating recommendations and leading solutions to complex challenges globally for the non-US D&S organization.Key qualifications include:
Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to drive results.Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, high judgment decision-making, critical thinking, and analysis.Experience working in a high-tech, entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and program management skills.Knowledge of EMEA employment laws.Proven ability to own and lead others through complex international projects while working in a matrixed environment.At Amazon Devices & Services, we believe ideas can change the world.
