Key Responsibilities:
EHS and Occupational Safety:Implement Occupational Safety measures, conduct safety audits, and develop risk assessment protocols.
Industrial Hygiene:Manage programs for workplace health hazard identification and control.
Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology:Apply ergonomic and psychosociological principles to enhance workplace conditions and support employee well-being.
Occupational Medicine:Coordinate health programs and collaborate with medical professionals to manage health screenings and other health-related processes.
Facilities Management:Oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of the facility.
Desired Qualifications:
A degree in Environmental Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional training, education, and experience in EHS practices and management.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Occupational Medicine through a combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and professional experience.
Relevant certifications in EHS or Facilities Management are considered an asset.
At least 5 years of experience in EHS and facilities management with knowledge in the specific domains outlined.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
