¿Qué harás?:
The Security Analyst should be a service-oriented person. He/she will be monitoring and maintaining the Endpoint Security suites within the organization.He/she will manage level 3 tickets comprising incidents and service requests in various areas such as current Endpoint Security Suites, Disk Encryption, or Compliance Remediation.He/she will collaborate in projects supporting the Security Architect, like the introduction of new security technologies and special configurations for specific requirements.He/she will improve his technical skills on technologies like Antimalware, EDR, Host Firewall and IPS, Disk Encryption, and IT Security fields like Incident Response, Forensics, Ethical Hacking, and IT Security frameworks following the guidelines of the Security Architect.His or her main responsibilities will be:Perform best-in-class support on technical topics.Help in documentation of design and configuration.Identify issues and troubleshoot methods; transfer tickets to the appropriate people.Answer users' or other teams' requests.Support the Security Architect, PMs, and regional support teams during projects or initiatives.Collaborate on technical decisions; detect issues and propose solutions.Participate in new technologies decision and deployment.Grow as an IT security professional.¿A quién buscamos?:
Bachelor in IT Infrastructure/Administration/Security.3-4 years of experience in IT Security Technologies/Endpoint Security Suites Administration/Technical Support/Security Events Monitoring.Fluent English speaker; Spanish is a plus.Experience in Disk Encryption technologies, Host Firewalls and IPS, IT infrastructures, Security Events interpretation. Desirable experience in Antimalware technologies, EDR, SIEM, Ethical Hacking, and PenTesting.¿Qué ofrecemos?:
