As part of Mazars' strategic move to create a centralized service to serve clients across Europe, we have created Global Compliance & Reporting service with teams, processes, and technology that allows multinational groups to meet all its accounting, tax, payroll and legal obligations and commitments,
both locally and internationally while having accurate information centralized and delivered from our Center of Excellence (CoE). We are hiring Junior Accountants to join this strongly growing team in Barcelona. This is an opportunity to contribute to a strategic project at Mazars and to work in an English-speaking and truly international environment with a high number of countries across Europe.
Your mission:Direct interaction with the different assigned clients (whatever their sector and size)Preparation, analysis, and review of the clients' general accounting (suppliers, clients, accounting entries, provisions, prepayments, banks, fixed assets)Preparation of reporting, analytical accounting, treasury forecasts, as well as any additional information requested by the clientPreparation of the necessary documentation and information to compile and present the recurrent obligations of the clientsSupport the preparation of annual accounts and official booksSupport the automation, standardization, and improvement of internal accounting processesSupport in any of the functional areas defined in the department, depending on their skills Your profile:Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, and economics.Minimum 1 year working experience in accountingPostgraduate studies will be positively valuedKnowledge of ERP and ExcelGood oral and written communication in English (B2 or higher)Interest and ability to multi-task in a multi-disciplinary environment.Ability to prioritize workload and ability to work with strict reporting deadlines Your values are our values!Are the following points as important to you as they are to us?
