Purpose of the Position
As E-commerce Manager for Universal Enclosure, you are the leader and responsible for the profitable and sustainable growth of the eCommerce channel for the product line, within its different business models as stated by SE guidelines.

You will manage the strategic direction of the e-Business and will be the main SPOC for its deployment within the different targeted accounts globally, mostly via the country's commercial set-up.

You will work together with both Global and Local stakeholders including UE Marketing Managers, e-KAMs, channel managers, among others.

You will be responsible for supporting the commercial development of Universal enclosure offers and services across various eCommerce platforms, driving sales through marketplaces and merchant websites according to the validated management strategy.

Additionally, you will oversee the monitoring of ecommerce turnover and performance across different platforms and countries, conducting recurrent QBRs and reporting to top-line management.

Furthermore, you will take charge of managing the digital readiness of scoped offers, leading content ideation, planning with Data Management teams, MarCom, and supporting its syndication to partner platforms and D2C webshop.
Job Description and Missions
As an E-Commerce Manager, your missions will include:

Determine and lead the strategic approach: GTM plan, eCommerce Scope, targeted partners, etc.Develop and grow the sales within eCommerce distributors, "pure players" and D2C online channel.Define and implement the annual development plan (product categories, promotional actions, new product launches, etc.) in full collaboration with the country teams UE / Dis marketing team, others.Generate BI data from shelf audits and online benchmarking tasks for actionable insight generation.Monitor the eCommerce Sales performance and report to top line.Lead the Offer's eCommerce digital readiness: Needs, roadmap, and delivery (syndication).Secure the quality of the digital experience of customers on the brand's website, in all phases of their navigation, focused on the conversion rate and brand awareness.Administer a structured and homogeneous commercial policy, especially multi-country partners.Support and/or Challenge countries' business decisions on targeted accounts (E1, E2, E3).Lead SEO and other Digital Marketing actions from a global scale and push for local deployment.Education and Experience
Type of training (nature, level):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, eCommerce, or a related field is likely preferred.
- 5+ years working in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or business development activities for online commerce.
- Proven experience in managing and growing e-commerce channel, especially in a B2B set-up.
- Experience working with various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces is a must.
- Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, including GTM plans, and content creation roadmaps is expected.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration, especially in corporate environments, are crucial.
- Understanding and use of Digital tools like GA4, SEMrush, Search Console, Hotjar, Price Observatory and others is desirable.
- Experience with CMS (Magento / Shopify / Oracle / Wordpress) or PIM systems is nice to have.
- Full professional proficiency in English is required. Spanish and French are a plus.
