Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to successful placements.
Build and maintain a strong network of Dutch-speaking candidates through proactive outreach and engagement.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for client needs.
Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract a diverse pool of talent.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique hiring requirements and company culture.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and continuously optimize recruitment strategies.
Requirements Fluency in Dutch and English; additional language skills are an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.

Available for a 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
