Our international client is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to work remotely from anywhere in Spain.Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from customers to provide after-sales support, schedule appointments, and provide commercial information, as well as other services as requested by the company within guidelines/goals established by the client and contact center management.Other duties as assigned.Requirements Experience in high-quality Customer Service support would be ideal (B2C).Good and professional communication skills.Native level of Dutch and fluent level of English.Available to work full time 39 hours a week, scheduled between 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Saturday and Sunday, rotating.Start by the 31st October.#J-18808-Ljbffr
