Request and collect necessary documentation from customers' payers, and coordinate order entries. Resolve customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner, providing support and direction as needed. Collaborate with internal and external teams to assist customers effectively. Skills Required: Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (C2) Working proficiency in English. Basic computer skills.
