Your role The role entails assisting telecommunications customers who have inquiries about their services.
This includes addressing both administrative and technical questions through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
It is important that you have an error-free and smooth writing style.
Your profile Are you the Inbound Contact Center Agent we are looking for and do you have the following characteristics and/or qualities?
