We engineer technologies that protect customers' products whether they are battling heat, light, corrosion, abrasion, moisture, or chemicals and add dimension and beauty with colorful finishes.We have a vast and ever-evolving portfolio of brands primed to play an important part in everything from modernizing infrastructure around the world to enabling the next generation of electric and autonomous vehicles.We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (French or German speaker) to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain.The purpose of this position is to receive and process customer orders and to provide service information to external customers or potential customers on various types of customer orders, including complex and/or export orders, to ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary customer interface for important external customers, potential customers, and internal business roles, proactively addressing issues like late orders.Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned customers, including roles, responsibilities, internal relationships, decision-makers, and business models.Collaborate with internal Axalta partners to understand and meet customer requirements and commitments.Manage all types of customer orders, including complex and export orders, from inquiry to order handling and consignment stock management.Process customer complaints and returns according to Complaint Management processes and return policies, ensuring thorough analysis.Perform quality control checks, monitor open orders, and ensure timely deliveries to customers.Follow desk procedures and policies in compliance with Quality System requirements.Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer-oriented position.Language Skills: Ideally fluent in either French or German languages. English is a must; fluency in Spanish would be a plus.Computer Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and SAP.Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication, and active listening abilities.
