The OpportunityThis position works out of our Madrid (Spain) location in the Diabetes division.We're focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions.We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:The generation of new ADC business and the maintenance of existing business.Growing sales in a particular area of the country while strictly adhering to the ethical code in force and the company values.Managing the people under your responsibility as a coach in an ethical manner, working towards excellence and supervising and mentoring staff, proactively supporting their professional development.What You'll Do:Ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.Sales planning and follow-up (establish yearly territory sales plans (Territory Action Plan), implement sales strategies).Coach the team through dual visits in the field according to company instructions.Support sales representatives in maintaining and expanding customer relationships, collecting information on competitors' sales, prices, benefits, and products, implementing market strategies.Keep the segmentation and targeting customer file of the district updated.Empower and facilitate collaboration between your team and other departments of the company.Act as an effective bidirectional communication channel to ensure the company's strategy and instructions are understood by your team and relay any unresolved doubts and concerns to management.Maintain good customer relationships and visit key customers regularly.Initiate and run meetings with the Sales Force.Have full people management responsibility for all district sales staff (define departmental objectives, responsibilities of staff, team and personal goals; provide honest feedbackregarding performance).Required Qualifications:University Degree in Science or High School Degree with at least 5 years of experience.Comprehensive knowledge of diabetes and its treatment.People management/leadership coaching skills.Good PC knowledge and proficiency in written and oral English.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of the ADC market (scientific background and use of the products).Familiarity with ADC products.Understanding and application of ADC procedures, policies, and code of business conduct.#J-18808-Ljbffr
