Responsibilities:Lead the quality and regulatory function, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Develop and implement quality and regulatory strategies to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of quality and regulatory initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and important individuals involved in the industry.Oversee the development and implementation of quality and regulatory training programs.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality and regulatory management.Proven track record of successfully implementing quality and regulatory initiatives.Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.Exceptional leadership and communication skills.At Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., we value diversity and inclusion.
