Director Indirects Global Sourcing (m/f/d)REQUISITION ID: 8776LOCATION: Tajonar, ES, 31192DEPARTMENT: SourcingYOUR TASKS:Lead the end-to-end sourcing process for assigned commodities.Develop and execute comprehensive commodity sourcing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.Assess supplier capabilities, innovation potential, performance, and financial stability to build sustainable, long-term partnerships.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing decisions meet both technical and quality standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs, enhance supplier performance, and streamline procurement processes.Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve optimal value while upholding quality standards.
