Job Description: The candidate for the Production Manager position will play a crucial role in creating the new production model for footwear manufacturing, which will then serve as a reference for future factories. They must lead the implementation of Lean principles, promoting efficiency, order, and sustainability within our footwear industry. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all production activities and effectively manage staff. Maintain customer contact and create detailed product specifications. Plan production to ensure efficiency and meet deadlines. Promote a positive team environment, ensuring all members uphold high standards of organization and cleanliness. Implement and maintain procedures that ensure cleanliness and order in the factory. Implement and oversee lean manufacturing methodologies. Manage and utilize ERP systems for efficient production management. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Preferred but not essential, experience in the footwear industry. Proven leadership and effective communication skills. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Extensive experience in lean manufacturing methodologies. Proficiency in ERP systems for production management. Experience with industrial machinery. Basic knowledge of industrial machinery control, including both mechanical and electronic aspects. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of English is recommended. Master's degree is valued. Availability to pursue a PhD is highly regarded. Skills: Organized, orderly, and clean, with the ability to instill these attitudes in the team. Skills to generate a positive work environment. Proactive and results oriented. Excellent planning and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills for machinery.
