Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionThe Visa Business Solutions (VBS) team is a world-class commercial organization experiencing tremendous, double-digit growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core card solutions. This role is dedicated to serving our partners with merchant servicing needs in multiple CEMEA markets. It's an incredibly exciting team to join as we are continuing to expand globally. We work closely with Merchants and other ecosystem players to deliver these services. We believe that the market is at an inflection point whereby Visa can play a larger role in building and delivering solutions around the world.The role reports into the B2B Acceptance team within VBS. Our focus within B2B Acceptance is to identify needs, assess opportunities and options, and quickly act upon our vision while ensuring strong execution. This role specifically is responsible for building and expanding Merchant relationships in multiple CEMEA markets. Specific responsibilities for this role may include:Managing a portfolio of top B2B merchants in CEMEA markets who bring in +1B in payment volume for Visa.Overseeing Merchants with a consultative and strategic approach to uncover a full understanding of their card acceptance processes and challenges.Identifying B2B expansion opportunities - agreements with accepting and non-accepting merchants-suppliers and expand B2B commercial volume through Acquisition-Expansion, Partnership or Relationship management.Investigating with internal and external partners to understand business needs and local market conditions.Contributing active leadership to the broader B2B Acceptance team and VBS organization.Ensuring merchants-suppliers are optimizing their acceptance environment through use of appropriate tools-solutions.Actively developing acceptance deals with suppliers-merchants to position Visa as a preferred method for commercial payment.Driving deep analytics and deal-modeling leadership, partnering closely with regional AEs and BDs, VBS Sales Specialists, MS&A, Pricing, and other functions.This role requires up to 10-20% travel.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office
