WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Mission Support the Global team of Santander Retail and Commercial deliver the strategic agenda of the division, leading the activities required to govern the division on an ongoing basis as well as to transform the business. Responsibilities - Contribute to set the strategic agenda of the division and support in delivery of the Transformation program of the division - Support to the Global Head of R&C in his leadership role, preparing for Senior Management presentations, developing documents for Group level governance (Board of Directors, Executive Committee…) - Ensure the appropriate execution of the internal governance procedures Requisites/ Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar MBA / Master in finance would be valuable Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Basic/ medium financial knowledge desirable Proactive, creative and hard-working candidate with high analytical and problem-solving skills (consulting experience valuable) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Advanced level of Microsoft office Fluent in English and Spanish The candidate will be based in Madrid If you want to know more about us, follow us on Original job Digital Transformation Specialist III posted on GrabJobs .
