We embrace a strong risk culture, and all our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.Santander is proud of being an organization where there are equal opportunities regardless of age, gender, disability, civil status, race, religion, or sexual orientation.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAnalyzes Marketing Data; develops and optimizes marketing functions that promote a company's business, brand, products, and services.Develop analytical processes to effectively link marketing strategies to business impact.Translate data ambiguity into insights that drive impact.Unify sales and marketing data to create a holistic vision of the customer.Support Lifetime value calculations to help improve ROI.Lead efforts for senior management dashboard creation.WHAT DO WE NEEDBasic Requirements:Min 1 year experience in a similar role for a multinational corporation.Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).Fluency in English and Spanish.Ability to collaborate successfully with internal teams and multiple senior stakeholders to deliver results.Hands-on experience working with large data sets for reporting/dashboarding.Experience with Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Content Square, Adobe Stack, or similar technologies.Advanced Requirements:Experience with Azure/AWS and Databricks for database management.Fluency in Portuguese/Polish.Experience with marketing/sales campaigns.#J-18808-Ljbffr
