We are currently hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all online company marketing initiatives: GC Aesthetics social media channels, websites, digital campaigns, and e-learning platforms. This role requires project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
SOCIAL MEDIA Manage with the Social Media & Content Creator, and our agency the social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X & LinkedIn).
Supervise the editorial calendar (content and strategy) and supervise agencies.
CORPORATE WEBSITE Control of the GC Aesthetics online journey, B2B & B2C.
Operational control of the core digital marketing channels, including paid search, Partnerships/Affiliates, and SEO to drive demand and lead generation.
Keep up to date and informed on new trends and adapt accordingly.
Communicate with key stakeholders to keep them updated on ongoing plans, request information for briefing documents and projects.
Prepare weekly updates and monthly reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns.
Ensure proper messaging is being executed online.
Identify leaders and influencers (internal/external) and engage them in brand activities.
Prepare weekly mass email communications to external stakeholders.
Assist with website copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed.
Analyze website analytics and implement SEO improvements.
ONLINE EDUCATION Management of online events, congresses, webinars.
Ensure internal and external communications are successfully delivered to key stakeholder groups, from clients to associates.
Monitor and evaluate competitor approaches and industry trends to inform digital marketing activity.
Qualifications / Experience:
+/- 3 years of experience in a similar position.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication.
Preferably a certification in Google or similar.
Knowledge in HubSpot is required.
Native English or C2 proficiency.
Knowledge of either Spanish, French, or German is highly valued.
Ability to take initiative.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional ability to manage details.
Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Understands and can utilize emerging platforms, digital media, and web/social media management and measurement tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
Adobe Creative Cloud experience is a plus.
