The Position
Job Overview : As the DevSecOps engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating a team of engineers (MSP) who manage OS images that are idempotent, automated, and secure, with a focus on cloud services.
You will work closely with other members of the SecDevOps team to ensure that OS images are integrated into the continuous integration and delivery (CI / CD) pipeline and can be scaled and deployed easily and securely in the cloud.
Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders (PM, PO etc) to understand their requirements and ensure that the OS images meet their needs in the cloud. Manage the continuous integration and delivery (CI / CD) pipeline for OS images in the cloud, ensuring that they are integrated smoothly and securely into the pipeline. Ensure that the OS images can be scaled easily and securely in a cloud environment. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SecDevOps and cloud services and incorporate them into the team's processes and procedures. Know and understand the CIS Benchmarks that we apply, integrate and communicate changes to stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OS images in the cloud in a timely and efficient manner. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years relevant work experience as a DevSecOps Engineer or similar role. Experience with cloud infrastructure, and related tools, such as Terraform, Packer, Ruby, Inspec, Linux shell scripting, and Windows PowerShell scripting. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with CI / CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Rundeck, GitLab. Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems. Knowledge on cloud imaging hardening best practices. Good communication skills in spoken and written English. Nice-to-have: Understanding of technologies related to information security. Experience with Agile methodologies.
