You will work closely with design engineers, manufacturing teams, and other stakeholders to integrate DFA principles into the product development process. Your role will be crucial in reducing assembly time, minimizing costs, and improving product quality.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with design and engineering teams to incorporate DFA principles into new and existing product designs.Conduct detailed analysis of product designs to identify and eliminate potential assembly issues.Develop and implement standard operating procedures and guidelines for DFA.Provide technical expertise and recommendations to improve assembly processes and product manufacturability.Train and mentor engineering teams on DFA best practices.Evaluate and select materials, components, and manufacturing processes to enhance product assembly.Review and optimize product design documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy for assembly purposes.Participate in cross-functional teams to address design and manufacturing challenges.What You Need to Make a Difference:A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
