Our collaboration with nearly all the great airlines in Europe underscores our relevance in the market, demonstrates steady growth, and proves that our business.We are looking for our Barcelona - El Prat (BCN) Operational Unit, a person to collaborate with the Quality department.Role: Deputy Quality ManagerLocation: BarcelonaContract: PermanentDutiesReporting to the Quality Manager:To replace the Quality Manager in case of a temporary unavailability or lengthy absence, not exceeding 2 months, except agreed by AESA for a justified cause.As deputy of QM, he/she will be entitled to manage the QM routine duties, within NAYAK scope of approval:To participate in the development and performance of the annual audit plan.To monitor the procedures and requirements through internal AUDITS.To issue, follow up and close, when applicable, non-conformities related to the performed audits.Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions during subsequent audits.Monitor the implementation of preventive actions.Guarantee the necessary organizational support during external AUDITS.Draw up internal area procedures, make changes and ensure compliance of the MOE with EASA Part 145 regulatory requirements.To write and maintain standard procedures for internal company usage, ensuring compliance with applicable regulation.Evaluate the technical staff and support the Quality Manager to issue the company authorisation.Monitor and ensure that the qualifications and authorisation of the technical staff are always up to date.Give support to QA department on training to technical personnel regarding MOE procedures.Plan, control, prepare and perform training, when necessary.To evaluate new and used component and material providers, to ensure that products satisfy internal standards and regulatory requirements.To evaluate the service provided by any provider or sub-contractor in order to grant compliance with internal standards on works being carried out by them.Give support to all tasks assigned by the QA Department.RequirementsMinimum age 25 yearsSufficient knowledge of English language (spoken and written correctly)Profound knowledge of relevant aviation legislationReasonable duration of practical working experience at CAMO and/or P145 organizations, preferably within the Quality/Compliance department.Human Factors Training (initial and recurrent)Fuel Tank Safety Training – Level 1 at leastAudit techniques in aviation or Quality management training i.a.w. a recognised European standard such as EN ISO9001 or equivalentOtherDriving licenseMicrosoft Office knowledgeAMOS knowledgeFocused, organized, team worker; listening, comprehension and communication skills, proactivity, availability, results-oriented.The Company offers:Attractive compensation packagePossibility of different training programs to support the personal and professional developmentIf you are interested in applying for this position, send us your CV to ******, if your profile matches the requirements, we will contact you for an interview.
